1. What types of meals do you offer?

Our menu includes a variety of organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals, focusing on whole foods. We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, all made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients.

2. How often does the menu change?

Our menu is updated weekly to incorporate seasonal ingredients and offer a diverse range of flavours. Keep an eye on our website for the latest menu selections.

3. Where do you source your ingredients?

We are committed to sourcing locally as much as possible. Our partners include Farmbound, Green Croft Farms, Good N Plenty Produce, Pilgrim’s, North Broadview Farms, and BJ’s Greenhouse, among others in the Okanagan Valley.

4. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website. Simply click on the meal or meals you’d like to order, select the quantity, and follow the checkout process.

5. What is the deadline for placing orders?

Please place your orders by noon on Friday for Sunday pick-up.

6. Where and when can I pick up my meals?

Meals can be picked up on Sundays between 4-6:30pm at Little Plum, located at 2913 30th Ave, Vernon BC.

7. Do you offer subscription plans or loyalty programs?

Currently, we offer a discount of $5 off when you buy 5 meals!

8. Can I customize my meals?

At the moment, meal customization is limited as we focus on streamlining our menu. However, we plan to explore this option in the future.

9. How organic are your meals?

A: At My Chef Meal Prep, we are deeply committed to providing high-quality, wholesome meals. The majority of our ingredients – including all our produce, nuts, and seeds – are 100% organic or no-spray. We also prioritize non-GMO meat and carefully select our other ingredients, like soy sauce and coconut milk, for their quality and health benefits, even though they may not be certified organic. We strive to maintain an organic composition in over 85% of our ingredients. Our goal is to balance health, flavor, and environmental responsibility without compromising the quality of our meals.

We do! Whether it’s a small family celebration or a large corporate event, our team is ready to craft a menu that perfectly suits your occasion.
